Design
All our systems conform to design requirements for highly-available applications, since the applications are crucial to our customers. We are using and constantly improving cluster-based and redundant technologies, focusing on their stability and high efficiency. Our solutions for e.g. highly-available hosting of high-traffic web sites have been time-tested by numerous clients. Our team of IT professionals is able to cover the whole range of popular operating systems, application servers, database servers and middleware solutions.
System administration »
Following the design phase, we usually become an outsourcing partner for the customer, performing system administration, monitoring and maintenance of their systems. All systems are monitored by sophisticated monitoring technologies. All systems are covered by strict SLAs, which guarantee a fast response from our team in case of outages or other issues.
Infrastructure rental
If the customer does not wish to own an IT infrastructure, we are able to rent the technology; technology from leading producers such as Sun Microsystems, Dell or IBM. Clearly, we can create a virtual infrastructure, if requested by the client. This infrastructure is able to grow dynamically, based on client's demands.
